If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action.
If an item is damaged or defective we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial delivery charges. Refunds will not be given for products damaged by the customer.
To notify us of damaged or defective products, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can contact us by email at email@example.com or phone us on 1300 996 557 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Once you have notified us you must return the item to our Crows Nest office.
