Q: How do I buy your products?
A: Simply press the "Buy Now" button to add items to your shopping basket. When you have selected all the products you wish to purchase simply go to the Shopping Basket and check out using your Credit Card to make payment. We take security seriously and use NABs secure payment service to process your payment.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes. We will endeavour to deliver your purchase to your specified delivery address. Delivery charges are included in the purchase price. Delivery will normally be made within 5 working days.
Q: Do your prices include GST?
A: Yes all prices shown are inclusive of GST
Q: Can I call you?

Q: What happens if I miss your delivery?
A: You should aim to be there to take delivery. If you do miss our delivery the driver will leave a card which will have a contact number and a reference. Call this number to coordinate a redelivery attempt.
Q: What happens if my product is broken or faulty?

Q: I have lost my assembly instruction. What do I do?
A: Please contact us and we will send you some new instructions.
